For the first time ever in my entire career I am stumped with a problem with a Microsoft Application and have had to contact Microsoft. I know the problem was caused by user fiddling and they are the worst type of fault to diagnose.
So far the experience has been good. They don’t have the answer yet but they have acknowledged the problem and are dealing with it.
